Cash is not accepted at Cordia Serviced Apartment as payment or deposit. Valid credit/debit card details must be supplied at the time of booking and upon arrival at the apartments to cover “additional charges”.
All guests must produce valid identification - accepted forms of identification are valid Passport/Driving Licence only.
A security deposit per apartment is required on all bookings, deposit can be made by debit or credit card pre-authorisation and will only be returned on the satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

Undeclared guests: number of guests must be correct as per the booking details submitted, this is most important for fire safety and must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed as per the apartment type.
Any additional guests or non-residents in the apartments between 10.30pm – 7am will be required to leave immediately and result in loss of deposit
Smoking is not permitted in any apartment or anywhere within the apartment building.
Guest behaviour: Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the apartment and their fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 10am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a member of staff on the phone, in writing or in person. Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes.
Minimum age for check in is 18, proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Guests are responsible for their visitors. Non-residents will not be allowed access to the apartments between 11pm & 7am. Parties & events are strictly prohibited.
Guests are required to notify us of any damage, loss or broken. Any damage to the apartment will be charged in full.
An additional charge will be made for extra cleaning or specialist cleaning to return the apartment to a fit state for occupation. Additional charges may include compensation for loss of revenue in addition to cleaning and repairs.
Please be sure to take all belongings on your departure, the apartments will endeavour to retrieve and return left items, postage payment by the guest will be required.
Check in is only available after 4pm, if you expect to arrive before this time you are more than welcome to leave your luggage on the premises. Please inform the property in advance by contacting our 24-hour concierge team, contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Check out is 11am
Reservations are subject to prevailing VAT rates applicable during the provision of the service. Therefore, if the prevailing VAT rate changes the costs of the services provided during the stay will be subject to the greater or lesser VAT rate as applicable.
The company and The Andras House Group reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service.
The client must understand, without exception, the companies absolute right to refuse accommodation or any other services to person(s) who, in the sole discretion of the company/hotel, may act in such a way as to interrupt the smooth running of the property.
